Default REALLY BAD sputtering problem at LOW RPMS

hi guys
i have a reallly bad sputtering problems at low rpms but its when i push the pedal hard.... if i push it like 1/5 of tha way down it okay but if i push it in 1/2 way it sputters really really bad and it back fires and all!!! and it doesnt wanna go anywhere like it wants to but it doesnt..... i have a b16 in my civic hatch i have brand new wires, brand new plugs, brand new rotor and a walbro 255 pump in my car!!! i need answers ive been lookin all over to find the answer and i cant.... so please help me ......... i dont have a cat on the car and my o2 sensor has been bypassed with tha computer chip.... i had the blot on tha fuel filter off for about 2 and half weeks because i was parting out but then i decided that im gonna keep the car.... the car was runing perfectly fine before that but tha only thing that got changed is that i had a adjustable FPR and now i dont... i have a stock one....

sounds like you are pouring enough fuel into the motor to nearly extinguish the spark.

stock motor + 255 walbro = pig rich

have you hooked up a guage to see what kind of fuel pressure you're at?

no i havent but i smell gas reallly bad everyday when i start it.... and sometimes it wont even start in the morning or anythin..... it runs prefectly fine when its cold tho....
