Okay maybe i need to clarify what I wrote:

I just came from a junkyard that has a AUTOmatic LS. I was wondering if got the block from that TEG, would a manual tranny(any B-series) slap on to it without a problem. If it is not too much trouble, I might just go there and get it.

Oh and do you think its worth $150 for the whole block and parts of the head (someone already scavenaged parts of it). Its a 93 w/ lik 195K.

Would it be worth it to rebuild?

yes you can rebuild it. yes the manual tranny will bolt up you just need to get the clutch parts for it. flywheel, clutch disc and clutch pressure plate. also if you do change it to manual use the mt bolts for flywheel as the at bolts are shorter
