reading a CEL code without a code scanner?
anyone know how to read check engine codes from a ford/mercury without a code reader? or at least point me in the right direction like a forum?
I'm no scientist, but I would think that Honda-Tech is probably the LEAST likey place to have this information. Have you even searched for a Ford forum?
yeah for real man. no disrespect or nothin but i think yer lookin in the wrong place
for that info. i mean, i dont really think any of us on this site have 5.0 motors in our civics man. me myself, i have a stock intercooled mustang type r with a rotary engine and pistons. i had enough nitrous in it to blow myself up but i took it out cuz i needed graphics and a new wing on my car and i got sick of running 10's in the quarter mile. as for the answer to your question, you might be able to find it
if you pull your head out of your ***

Someone better find his meds...
All I'm saying is that it's not a huge feat to find a forum for something as popular as a ford/mercury/whatever, and a Honda forum isn't the most likely place...
