Default RC 750cc Injector help!?

Sat down to install my rc injectors and came across a problem. Pics to follow.

If you look at the difference there is a ridge on the stock injector. The o-ring sets up against that ridge at the bottom of the injector. The RC injector do not have that ridge at the bottom. As a result of it not having the ridge it will not allow the injector to set all the way into the intake manifold. On to the pics.

My question is, is this ok or not? The injector is tight and looks OK. But i wanted to make sure before i start this build any further.

i do think that's how they fit....the cushion seals don't fit in the same location as the OEM injectors....they just kinda squish over top of the fat end of the RC injector...just make sure the fuel rail tightens down ontop of the injector and there is no gap.

Install them. Check for any vacuum leaks afterwards.

Thanks for the help. They are tight and don't seem to leak but I will find out for sure when I get the block assembled and running.
