Rattling noise from exaust
Ok, I have this problem. Its a rattling noise, you can usually hear it at low RPMs (2-3k) and if I like am driving, and if I let it out of gear and the RPMs drop all the way it rattles agian.. not at idle, but it has a low rattle noise sometimes..
I was told it was my heat sheild, so I raised the car and and it seemed real tight, I couldn't get it any tighter, and couldn't even losen the bolts. I started banging around with my fists on the exaust it self and something seems to be rattling, but im not sure if thats the same noise I hear when the car is on. I tried starting it but with the lack of fuel the car stalled.. I can't figure it out and it's very annoying and embarassing. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

It's definately your bodykit
. No, but seriously, it's quite possible for the crap on the inside of your cat/muffler/resonators to break loose in little pieces. Here's an idea: call my brother (you know, Matthew with the b18c eh2) and tell him you're coming over. Instruct him that you will be dropping the exhaust from the header back and that he needs to be ready to help you shake it around. Sounds juvenile, but sometimes simple problems have simple solutions. Look through the pipes and see if there's anything hangin' about. I don't really advocate shooting the hose through your exhaust (off the car, of course), but it doesn't hurt anything.
Good luck.

haha
alright man
I'll give him a call and stop by and visit you guys and we'll tear off my body.. I mean the exaust
But i think your right because I was punching the exaust by the resonators, and it was like stuff was moving around, so I'll have to take care of that?

Ha.. My brother is signing me up to do car work eh!? No prob.. If you wanna do it just call or let me know via AIM.. Should only take about 10 - 30 minutes.. depending on the damn exhaust bolts..
Alot of people I know have this weird rattling noise as you describe including myself after reinstalling my stock cat. Keep me posted on what you did to take care of this annoying problem. Thanks
