rattle when coming off WOT

rattle when coming off WOT

i get a heatsheild like rattle from the firewall .tranny area when i let of the gas after WOT over 5000 rpms

help

could be a lose trans mount. jack the ting up and take a look back there when car is cool. rattle **** around see whats doing it. could have a lose crossmember. who knows, start checking ****

how can i check if its torn??? if its loose is their a torque spec on the bolts
