Default random stalling and code 16 after dual point to MPFI swap.

I recently finished my MPFI swap and while driving the car randomly dies. I've triple checked all of my wiring and it's all correct. The injectors and resistor box came off a running car. I got the ECU out of a junk yard and it appeared to be good. I've also had 2 different distributors on the car, just in case. Last night the car was throwing a code 16 while it was running. In despair I switched the resistor box and the code went away. Now today on the way to work it died on me again and once again threw code 16, which stayed on when I got it running again. Thanks for the help.

code 16 is injectors.. if the injectors came off like a 88-91 civic/crx si or most other obd0 cars you must use the resistor box... if the injectors came off a newer model you probably dont need the box. its gotta either be injectors or resistor box
