Default random loss of power when warm

Usually happens when the car is warmed up. When it is cold it runs like a champ. I can be driving fine and then all of the sudden i will get a loss of power. It will happen randomly at any time. When I step on the gas it doesn't go anywhere but slowly accelerates. Feels like im driving a geo metro. Car is stock. Car is a GSR. I will have to let the car cool down for a few hours and then I can get back in and it will be normal again until it gets warm where it will randomly start to have the problem again.

Ignition coil inside the dizzy might be your problem or
valve clearences too tight.

i second this.... the only other thing i could think of is (and this is a long shot) would be the throttle body getting too hot usually caused when people feel like bypassing the coolant line that is supposed to cool it down...
