radiator is not releasing pressure
hi guys,
ive noticed that my radiator doesnt release pressure at all
i could drive the car whole day and boost the living hell out of it but the water level on the resevoir bottle would still be on the same level but my radiator hose would be solid rock
i have a brand new radiator cap 0.9bar with PWR half size radiator
the car doesnt overheat at all and the fan would still kicks in
please help

Your cap could be faulty, when is your thermostat supposed to open, if it opens early, it will never get completely hot, and cause the cap to not blow off. Mine did that for a year but the gauge never got too hot, or too cold, until it cocked itself wide open and stuck, and that was a cold morning.
When does the fan kick in? Mine took ten minutes or so after running it around all day, I thought the fan switch died, turned out the be the thermostat.

yeah my fan would normally kicks in about 10mins or so
my thermostat is also brand new, just been put in there like a couple of months
