Replace the sensor. It's not that expensive.

Splicing the 2 wires together will provide a constant ground to your radiator fan relay coil, closing the relay tips providing a POSITVE 12 volts to your radiator fan.
Down side to this is your fan will always be on with the key on.
Or you can make a switch either to the coil or to the positive side to your fan. Either way is not right but will work.
If you do jump the connector you could just put a ring terminal to the green wire and ground that wire. The same as splicing the blk and grn together.

yes but ideally you just want to change the sensor.
if you do cut it, leave enough wire to reconnect it you can

Just buy the damn sensor. If it was good to run the fan all the time, Honda wouldn't waste the money installing temperature switches and fan relays.

If your fan is constantly on, you will limit airflow going through the radiator at high speeds (ie highway speeds). Just replace the sensor like multiple people have said.

Don't Cut your wire. If you need a temporary fix until you can buy a new fan switch, just take a paperclip or any other piece of metal that will fit and jump the connector.
