Radiator fan doesn't come on???

Radiator fan doesn't come on???

Is this something to be worried about? Temp gauge is just below half way all the time (after driving for 5-10mins+). What do you guys think i should do?

does the fan ever come on? just below half is normal, i wouldn't worry

Check the fuse in the engine-bay fusebox. I found mine blow a couple months ago and replaced it. I never really had any over-heating issues though. Make sure the harness is plugged in all the way too.
