Default Radiator/Cooling system Question

My car (B18B DC4) has consumed its 3rd radiator within a 6 week time span (1 OEM, and 2 CSF replacements: plastic end tanks w/ alumninum core). I just drained flushed the fluid and could not find any oil in the coolant. Most likely there is excess pressure building up in the system and causing me to blow out my plastic tanks. Could a faulty radiator cap (one that doesnt release the coolant/pressure) cause this also? I just bought an all aluminum radiator (hopefully it will buy me some time before I pull the head to do some investigating and no more plastic endtanks) and my mechanic was very hesitant to install it. He believes that it will cause something else to go wrong. Is this ture and what could be the potential side effects of installing the all aluminum radiator? Thanks!

About the only thing that comes to mind is a clog somewhere in the system. Maybe the temperature sensor that connects to the dash is faulty and doesn't read correctly or at all.
