Default racing bump shifter?

hey all, i am new and i tried a search to see if anyone else has asked this question. i have seen videos of import race cars, and pro stock drag cars, and i have seen a shifter setup, where you still use the clutch, but you dont move in the 1-2-3-4-5 shift pattern, its pull back on the lever to shift down, and push forward on the lever to shift up..... any ideas or know how i might be able to set this up? any help would be awesome. thanks everyone.

It's not just a shifter setup, it's a sequential transmission. Expect to fork out a little north of ten grand for a quality one.
