Default AN-R, Hytech, SMSP Which is better?

I have been thinking about getting a new header for the car. Currently I have JUN, but noticed that there are other NA headers that should give me better gains. I love the AN-R's look, but have yet to read about the power it makes. Hytech and SMSP seem to provide pretty good power gains over other headers. I just wanted some opinions about these headers against each other. Not against JDM, JUN, Spoon, DC, etc.

I like SMSP.

You cannot beat a good quality custom made manifold.

Is there any dyno plots out there of ANR's header?

adjustable collectors make power. I say stick with your Jun, that header has been making power for years. Sms, Hy-Tech, yeah sure, they are great and top-notch, but i doubt they seriously make that much more power than the Jun

I take a custom HyTech any day over JUN. If I only had the CA$H.

from what I've heard/read these headers should make 5 hp more than JUN... which is upsetting to say the least. But never the less these headers should have some sort of Dyno plots to back their claims somewhere..

I don't know if you've seen this web site before, but its a header shoot-out of most of the headers in the market now. Its pretty informative.

Go to importreview.com The is dyno plots of the sms making over 10-15whp over the jdm 4-1 header. There also is a sentence where he says they made 30whp over stock header. Also someone else told me that those headers will make more power on 2.0L engines.

There is also header tech which look pretty good but i have yet to see dyno plots for them.I talked to enzo over PM's and he said they should have some after the weekend 15-16 march.

I would love to see some too, I hear how good it is. But thats says nothing compared to some dyno plots.
