What is the minimum amount of r-134a needed for the compressor to kick on? I have 0.93lbs (14.88oz), or one can in my system as of now. Compressor is not kicking on after condensor replacement. It worked before :/...what gives?

Car is a 1996 del Sol VTEC.

Yeah, it was evacuated and vacuumed with a professional machine.

should have one red wire coming off the pulley side of the compressor and plugs in right by the condensor fan's plug.

I put 12v on the BLACK wire coming from the compressor. It runs into a red wire on the other side of the plug. There are two coming from my compressor, one is a ground, but they are both black. Where is the low pressure switch, and what is the procedure for jumping it?
