if i were to get a p28 thats already been chipped can i take that chip out and replace it with a hondata?
also is it safe to run an auto p28 on a manual car?

you need to run it with the hondata blue box, but yes, the ECU chip is the same.

the s200 is only 50 bucks more and capable of way more. also i believe you have to send your ecu to hondata for them to chip it with the s100 which means your car will be down for however long they need it. but to answer your ques. yes it would still work with the s100. hondata is the way to go! unless you want a apex VAFCII i'm sellin one
