Default looking for crome info

i was wondering if I can get some links or info on those crome downloads to tune OBD1 ecu's? I tried turboedit and some sights but it seems as if the downloads won't open or I might be doing something wrong to open them.

I am not to sure about crome cause' I use Uberdata. V 1.66 on Uberdata is what I am using and it has basically every stock honda map(pr4,p30,p72,po6 etc.). Are you trying to open a stock .bin or create your own basemap? If you are trying to create your own basemap I have a very helpful link. LMK.
