Default quick trouble-shoot: vibration

well at around 62-68 mph my steering wheel becomes vibrates quite noticably. everything before AND after is fine. it did this before when i had my old wheels and figured it was a balance issue. but now i have my new wheels and tires on and it still vibrates. what coul this be??
i hope its not my wheel bearing. could this be alignment related?
oh car is a 95 240sx. thanks
-Chris

wheel bearing or bad toe....take it to a shop and check the toe 1st, does it make a humming or whizzing noise?

Ball joint? Very bad toe? Just because the tires wheels are new doesn't mean that they've been balanced properly. If you feel it in the wheel and not in your seat it has to be something up front.
