Default Quick questions about OBD1 engine into OBD0 car

Alright guys, this is my first time swapping an obd1 engine into an obd0 car. I have some questions...
First off, we've already purchased the obd0-1 conversion harness so that we can use the P06 (obd1 DX) ecu. OK my question is......What harness do i use on the actual engine?

Do i use the CRX HF harness (obd0) on the OBD1 engine? Or do i use the DX engine harness (obd1).

If i use the DX harness, how do i get it to fit at the shock tower? I know the connections are different.

If i use the HF harness, do all of the sensors and plugs go in the same on the OBD1 engine?

Also, for the ECU pigtail, do i wire the bare wires to the firewall side of the shock tower connections?

Thanx for some input.

use the HF harness
Use the obd0 injectors

Everything else will plug right in. I have a 95 b18b into an 89' hatch. I am running obd0 b18a injectors. everything else is from the 95' teg though. Also to use the obd0-obd1 harness you must use a 4 wire o2 and an obd1 dizzy. Hope this helped.

yea it helped big time, thank you man!

Ok and another Q.... does the conversion harness connect behind the firewall? Like from the ECU to the shocktower?

No, one side plugs into the obd0 side ecu plugs and the other to the p28. Very simple

Why is it that people who buy harnesses from me have all the questions answered by me?

As for your post, if your questions have not been answered....let me know.

thank you phiz....but i can't seem to find the answer to a new problem that has came up - maybe you know?

The OBD0 motor mount for the d-series does NOT fit the new D series engine (obd1). It angles off too far to the right and won't fit. The obd1 engine mount fits on the engine, but is too fat for the CRX driver side bracket, what am i supposed to use?

Use the mount bracket from the obd0 engine as well as the obd0 mount. The obd1 mount bracket is not compatible.
