Default quick question p28 on a non vtec sohc

will this give me a vtec selaniod code? is there away around it?

d16y7 and run it with a p28 (using p28 dist)

Yes it will give you a code

No way around it. Get an OBD1 LS ecu or something non-vtec

I also have an OBD2 y7 chipped ecu that has no rev limiter, no second 02 sensor, and optimized igntion maps for aftermerket cams. I no longer need it, so if interested, PM me
