Default Quick Question: Cam cap bolts

Do the cam cap bolts require thread locker (loctite) before reinstalling the cap? I know the bigger bolts are torqued at 20lbs and the smaller 2 @ 7.5lbs. It's the smaller bolts that worry me because they don't even seem to be on tight once bolted.

no, they don't need loctite just use engine oil on the threads.
