Default quick help with coolant flush problem

hey guys i flushed my coolant in my civic hatch with h22 swap. i put in honda premixed coolant. heater works everything works. but sometimes i hear a sort of vibration noise coming from inside the engine. could it be air bubbles causing it?

Does this noise come from the head or block? Driver's or passenger side? I highly doubt that it's due to trapped air.

it's gone now. but it sounded like it came from the head on the driver side.
