Default Quick ECU/Wiring question...

Here is my setup-

95 obd1 del sol, 5 speed
2000 teg b18b motor, 5 speed, obd2
p75 obd1 ls ecu

I am running all the original obd2 parts on the motor, and the obd2 wiring harness.
All but one of the obd2 harness plugs fits into the obd1 harness, at the connection point at the shock tower.

So the question is, is everything going to run properly with this setup? Will i have to remove any sensors or anything from the motor? The obd2 distributor will work fine with the obd1 ecu?

yep, that's normal when using an OBD2 integra engine harness in an OBD1 vehicle. A couple plugs are left unplugged and unused. Everything should work fine though.
