Default A quick cam gear question?

I've just bought a used cam gear, it look like Spoon one, but the gear has no mark,
can you tell me which way i advance and retard. Is a B16A.

I agree... It's pretty hard to tell how many degrees you are advancing up especially when it comes time to figure out the exhaust... If you know what you are doing you can shoot the ignition timing before and after to figure out the intake but there is really no reference for the exhaust unless you have an H22 or something at which time you would have the same problem except with the intake cam... SK2 work fine and look pretty clean... Just look for any with a 6 bolt pattern... I've seen the AEM 3 bolt ones slip on occasion and that's not good The Toda's look pretty clean too.. Peace
