Hi, my D16Z6 has started to burn some oil in high RPM's, the car have 150k miles on it so i dont know if its time to a complete Engine Rebuild or just Change the Valve Stem Seals . If you go for a complete Engine Rebuild which brand of piston rings you recomend me and which changes to the engine. I need advices please. Thank you so much for your help.

 

start with "sohc upgrades" thread by spade and go from there . there are many ways to go w/ stroke, cams, head swaps for compression , pistons ,ect. Just look around in the search for some tricks.... good luck !
