Questions, questions, questions.
Ok guys, now be easy on me. I am a totall Noob on this **** so bear with me. i recently got a cheery 00 EBP Si. Low miles, certified, virgin (as far as i know) all that ****. I am slowly going to do mods, in the end (maybe a year or so) I will be getting some boost, probably a turbo, however I have been reading up on superchargers too. ANywaz, all I have done so far is an AEM CAI. I have been seeing alot of talk about ECU's. I did a search on H-T, but wasn;t able to gather much info as there were 852 hits, mostly ppl selling them. So, my first set of ?'s are, should i look into a different ECU? What are the gains? What is the best setup for all motor (for now) untill i get boost?
Ok my last few ?'s. I was going to go with a mugen exhast. untill my cuz (now GSR owner, former Si owner) told me to wait untill i get my turbo, cuz i will have to get all new exhast to do it right. Then I saw something about test pipes. which I assume replace the cadilaic conveter. So my ? is, if i get a test pipe, will it hook to my stock system. Will i notice any gains?
