Default Question for suspension gurus, alignment specific

SO I take my car to get aligned yesterday; nothing to difficult, I'm only asking for 0 toe all the way around. When I go to pick it up they tell me there is a problem. My rear toe is as follows:

LR: .20 degrees, RR: -.33 degrees

The tech says there is no way to adjust it. I ask, no way to adjust it, or its too far out to be adjusted within spec. He answers that there is no adjustment for toe in the rear, the alignment is jacked up because I don't have my rear sway bar on, and I have to get a special part from Honda blah, blah, blah.

So I now know the tech doesnt' know shyt. I told the Mgr I was going to come back when they had a different alignment guy, which is today. So here are my questions:

1 - would not having my rear bar on affect alignment at all? I don't see how it could but maybe I'm wrong.
2 - anyone know if there is enough factory adjustment to bring my current settings back into spec? (assuming best case scenario on where the adjustment currently sits)

Thanks,

Mike

OK. the alignment mechanic is full of ****. Of course you can adjust the tow, you just have to adjust the angle of the trailing arm to do it (and its designed to do just that). The hub is fixed to the trailing arm. perhapse thats what he meant although it's still a remarkably stupid comment. Does this bonehead know hondas?

PS. tell the moron to look at the compensator arm at the front of the trailing arm. Its in a SLOTTED hole for a reason or better yet, take your car to a shop that knows what its doing.

Mike
