Default Question on Dyno tuning... thanks!

hey guys,
just a quick question that i could exactly pinpoint with the search function. i have a itr motor and want to tune it. i have adjustable cam gears, fpr, fuel pump, and a fuel rail. i have intake, and 2.5 inch piping with a turbox muffler. would it be worth it to get it tuned at Import builders? would i see any gains ( ie. 4-5 hp?) . i feel that im running too rich from my fule pressure gauge but now its broken for some reason and i dont know anymore. so is it worh the 150$ +- or how much ever it is for basic dyno tuning ? thanks guys!

If you have a fpr and gears its worth spending the 125( I think that the charge nowadays) to get it tuned.
Or spend all day *** dynoing it and hope a cop doesn't see you. maybe you'll get close.
