i have a d15b7 engine and iam thinking of buying a intake manifold d16y7... my question is will it fit with no problems?

Yes the y7 will fit but you may have to modify your intake. Since the y7 has a topmount throttlebody.

and if you use the y7 TB, your iacv wont work... (3-wire vs. 2-wire)

also, you'll have to "play" with your throttle cable in order to get it to work correctly...
