Question on brakes.......
I've noticed that SOMETIMES when I apply the brakes the pedal slowly sinks all the way to the floor. I quickly release and then re-apply and the brake is normal. What the hell is that? My break fluid is fine and my car stops. The rotors and pads are practically new.
Thats normal bro... just as long as the pedal doesn't go all the way to the floor..
There should be a stopping point just before the pedal hits the floor, If you can make the pedal hit the floor than you are losing hydraulic pressure within the brake system..

From what I've seen, everyone I know with an early-mid 90s Integra has replaced the master cylinder because of the symptoms you just described.
