Default Question with the B18c Crank ????

I recently rebuilt my Jdm b18c the machine shop turned my crank and got me my bearings 0.25mm after all is installed i can turn it by hand but it takes a lil effort ... how hard should this turn or should it be fairly free turning ???? Help Please

It should turn freely.Did you measure your clearances ?

No I have not the crank was turned at the local Napa machine shop and they sent 0.25mm main bearings and 0.50mm rod bearings

was assembly lube used during installation, if the pistons arnt installed yet, the crank should turn very easily but if the pistons are installed, it should turn alittle harder, make sure u put oil on the walls, it shouldnt be super hard to turn. theres a problem if it is to hard to turn

The pistons are installed and everythign is torqued .. i lubed all my bearings . .. it's not like im useing all my effort to turn it it just takes more than what i thought it would .. anyone know of any maybe torque break away point ?

I have seen where it is hard to start rotating cause of the assembly lube sticking but once it started turning it was easy and smooth
