Default Question about swapping heads

I am trying to find out if I can put a cylinder head from an automatic car into a block from a manual car. The head I am buying says P2J-2, and according to this link
https://honda-tech.com/forums/tech-misc-15/d-series-head-codes-786093/ it's supposed to be from a 96 EX automatic. I have a 97 manual Civic with a d16y7. I know there are differences when it comes to the intake manifold, but is there any difference in heads? I already have a EX wiring harness that I will use to do the mini-me, as well as the manual IM from a Y8, and the ECU from a 96-98 EX. Will I run into any problems having a auto head with manual IM and ECU? Thanks in advance.

I just checked part numbers and they are the same, so I guess there is really no difference, at least in camshaft and sprocket.
