can any1 tell me why my spark plug wire has this ???

Wow, that almost looks like rust. WTF mate? The only thing I can think of was maybe a plug wasn't seated well and it was getting some blow by onto the plug wire? Other than that I got nothing.

Looks like it had some water down the spark plug tube at some point. Maybe it was presure washed a while ago?

There WAS water in there but that was way before i swapped in the motor but that rust dust always comes back. anyway to fix it ?
