Default spark plug wire problem..need help!

crappy generic spark plug wire endcap is stuck on spark plug in engine.
how do i remove rubber plug cap from installed plug?
your help is greatly appreciated.

that **** happen to me,man i was pissed .they also stayed in there after i took the spark plug out,so i had to battle with it and get them out without it going through the hole...i used pliers and gum...yea gum so the rubber would stick to it
