question about SOHC cams.

I posted this in the EG+ civic forum and havent gotten any answers..what do you buy? All i see on most sites is cam gears and nothing more.. What else do you have to buy to get better power?

buy a cam. places have them like crower.com and webcamshafts.com and exospeed.com and cranecams.com
