this guy with a 94 or 95 rx 7 wants to race.. he said that his turbos were out .. he let me drive it and his pick up felt pretty quick.. with the turbos it has 255 horsepower , but with out them how much horespower dose he have

couldn't tell ya, but you might want to look under the hood to verify what he is saying is true.

 

Rx7's are pretty damn quick. Just don't race an rx8 when it comes out... Outcome will be denifiate...

His turbos aren't "out" they probably just aren't making full boost. The 2nd gen N/As make about 160 hp. but you can't say that a 2rd gen, twin turbo with the turbos "out" is going to make the same hp as a N/A engine. Just race him.

with that time i'd hope something major wasn't workin, aside from his common sense. I'd be ashamed to race an RX7 and pull a time like that
