Default question about rims for winter

I need your help with rims. It’s time to put on the snowtires here in Sweden and I’m looking for a set of cheap used rims for my ’98 ITR.
The best I’ve found so far is really cheap and look pretty decent, but I’m not so sure about the offset since it’s only 38mm, the tires I will use for winter have the same dimension as my RE010: 195/55 15” and the rims are 15x6.

What do you think? Will it be ok, or shall I look around. I’ve also found some rims that have the offset right, but the centerhole is 4mm too narrow, is that possible to ”drill” on an aluminium rim? I understand that it might depend on the design of the rim, but is it something anyone have done?

I would appreciate if someone could help me cause the snow will come anyday now...
/Tom
