Default question about a light weight flywheels

I am needing to replace my clutch pressure plate and disc. I was thinking about replacing the flywheel with a light weight flywheel. I have an ITR with a few bolts on's. I know that the light weight flywheel will give me better throttle response but wont it drop fast to when you go to shift. I don't want to have a problem staying in my V-tech range. Also I was wanting some recomendations on clutch kits. Who is a good manufacture to go with. I prefer an answer from someone who has used the product. Thanks.

i have a lightweight flywheel in my b16
its NICE
revs hella quick. no problem staying in vtec if you shift quick even if you dont because the flywheel is lighter it revs the engine quicker to match the wheel speed of the next gear

yeah, what those guys said. exedy is nice. great feel, good price, smooth engagement. remember, dont buy anything thats too harsh for what u plan on doin with ur car. most ppl buy clutches that are way overpowered for their cars.
