Default question about intake filter

what kind of filter is the one with two filters on it leading to one pipe??

i mostly see it on turbos like supras and such....but wouldnt that allow more air flow into the manifold???

if anyone has any pictures...please post them...and let me know who makes these filters and where i can get one

I believe it's made by Blitz.

This one's by HKS http://hksusa.com/images/?id=1454

I think they're mostly for twin-turbo cars, though.

There is more to it than just using more than one filter. If it were that easy, we could all just use one huge 6" intake pipe and that would get more air to the engine.

Its always a balance between air quantity and air velocity.
