Default Question about ECU and conversion harness

I'm running a 98 civic DX with an LS motor, and stock DX wiring harness, I'm going boost with Hondata S100 as my fuel management, now I know I need to buy a conversion harness, so do I just buy one for the 98 civic harness or is there a certain one I need to get, I'm gonna be running a pr4 ecu. Pr4 is a 94-95 integra ECU correct? Thanks for the info.

there are two kinds of PR4s (90-1 non obd which works only on 88-91 cars and electronics), then there was 92-3 PR4 (OBDI which is an equivalent to the P06 as far as the PCB)
94-5 cars used P74 and P75 ECUs, which slightly differ in programming and board used (based on P72 PCB)
