my question is about the 'spare' lug holes

it looks like the extra holes are covered in the first picture. whats the deal with that? do they come with some kind of caps to cover to spare holes? or does the distributor show the better picture to make it look cleaner?

this is the rim on the road

 

the 5-Zigen pic is of a 5-lug while your pic is of a 4-lug (doesn't look like a universal bolt pattern either). There are no caps for the holes, just not enough surface area for on the 5-lug.
