Default Quaife diff install questions

I just ordered a Quaife ATB diff and I was wondering if there are any bearings to replace in the trans when I install it or just swap in the new unit. I have 38K on the trans and it works great with no grinds or anything. This is being installed in a 97 GS.

replace the diferential bearings. The bearing races cant be removed from the stock diff without damaging them. Be carefull with the VSS gear also. Its brittle and likes to break when it's removed.
