Default Q on Crower 63403 valve train setup....

I'm currently running Crower 63402s with ITR outer valve springs and portflow inners on my B16A w/CTR pistons. This setup is running flawlessly and the motor has had one accidental 10k+ over rev about 3,000 miles ago (before I got a rev limit set). Anyway I was wondering if the 63403s would be alright with the ITR outers and portflow inners. I plan to rev to around 8500-9000k (currently i go to around 9200). Will these springs stand up to the big lobes or am I just dreaming?
