Default PW0 worth modding...

My setup consists of a LS/VTEC in my 90 CRX.
My question is, is it worth modding my OBD0 PW0 to a Hondata system?

What are the pros and cons of converting, lets say to a OBD1 P28, P72, etc...?

Not if you can get a PR3.

with hondata you're able to fine tune the fuel/igition maps.

if you convert to OBDI (harness converter + ECU + OBDI distributor is required) it can be little more cost effective to stay with PW0 or PR3 and use hondata

PW0 with Hondata would be a good choice then?

I've got quoted $600 for the Hondata Stage 3 installed and tuned from IB.
