Default putting in a new ecu chip(help)

i'm puttin a new ecu chip in my pw0 ecu for my first gen b16a, i got it off of ebay its a copy of a spoon the v-tec is at 4200 rpm, no red line, no speed gov, and the fuel is redone. any one got tips on how to change it, i'm haven a really hard time.

yeha i know, my dad is even helpin me, n we are stilll in the process of desoldering the old chip, does any one knows a site or any info on changing a ecu chip?
