Put in a different transmission and having shifting issues..
yesterday i completed putting in a b16 S1 cable transmission into my crx, the flywheel, clutch and throw out bearing are all the same that was already on the car. the first hr or so of driving with the new transmission, everything was perfect, all the gears shifted easy and the same as the other transmission, no grinds in it what so ever, everything was perfect.
after about an hr or so of driving, the transmission feel like its very stiff, and hard to get in gears especially when at a red light or at a dead stop in general. when the car is off, its easy all gears are perfect, easy to shift in and out of.. when im driving, eh its not the same as it was when i first put it in, but its not bad i guess you could say.
what could this possibly be? .. clutch? pressure plate? transmission? (hope not) .. i dont understand it tho, it was perfect at first then it slowly got harder and harder to shift in and out of gears wit and then at a dead stop its a struggle.. nothing grinds, all gears work, just takes a little bit of muscle to get it into gear which is not normal.. the clutch cable is tight, and the clutch engages towards the top of the pedal (which it always has even before transmission swap.) any help is appreciated .. thank you

Sounds like clutch issues, did you take any part of the clutch apart when you did the swap? Did you retorque your bolts while you had it off?
Stupid question, but you do have fluid in it, right?

the clutch, i didnt mess with at all, just looked at the life etc.. and throw out bearing got greased up.. and i put fluid in it when i did the tranny swap, and this morning i drained it and put in new (basically just wanted to flush it out, and if there was any surface rust inside, i wanted to flush.. ) ..
