Default Pulling OBD2 codes???

I know that this is not a honda related question but I need help fast? I wan't to know if anyone knows if it is possible to pull codes from a 97' Chevy Lumina. I know its a domestic but my dad needs some help from the Honda world. Thanks guys.

yes u can pull codes, but you will need a scan tool. U can borrow one from ur local parts store(autozone,Kragen, Checkers etc)

Autozone will check them for you and tell you what you need to do to fix the problem for free.
