Pulleys
keepin it real.. i dunt kno much about them. but ive been reading a thread and i came across something..
"The CTR N1 pulley doesnt have a harmonic damper built into it.
Ill be buying an OEM B-series pulley that is machined down to only the alternator ring but still retains the oem harmonic damper"
^^ isnt that what a AEM pulley/pulley set is?
also, when purchasing a pulley/pulley set, it should always have all the rings necessary as of an OEM pulley correct? is there ever a time when some of the rings are not necessary?
THANKS IN ADVANCE

The ring is a noise isolator, it has nothing to do with torsional vibration damping. There are aftermarket crank pulleys with rubber torsional damper strips, but those are a completely different design. Plenty of OEM Honda crank pulleys don't even have the rubber ring (I have a couple of them laying around from different motors with no rubber rings).
There are three rings, alternator, power steering, and air conditioning. Get a pulley with as many rings as you need. It won't make a significant difference, so just use OEM.
