Pulled head off motor take a look?
I pulled the head off my block because there was coolant in the number 3 cylinder. Well I don't know if the sleeve has sunk but I took some pics of the block and pistons and of the valves. let me know if you all think this looks normal or is it looks like its running shitty.
Cylinder number 3 valves:

Cylinder number 3 pistion with cooked coolant:

Cylinder number 4 piston with baked on crap, what is it? oil or fuel?:

And a picture of the entire pile:

who sleeved the block? and is it a step deck? the black stuff is carbon the brown is probably a little oil. if i was you i would have a local machine shop check the head and deck surface. then if they check out ok, throw in a new gasket, torque the head down run it for a little while with no boost. go through a couple heat cycles then pull the cams out and retorque the head studs. thats about all you can do besides take some timing out of your program. nick
It looks like your burning a considerable amount of oil, its a mixture of carbon build up with buring oil, but thats a lot of build up, you definately need a colder spark or back off on the advanced timing.
