Default proportioning valve

i got a GSR brake setup ready to be put in, but I need a proportioning valve. i've heard i need the 40/40 valve. which ones would bolt into my 92 civic dx?

94-00 RS/LS w/o ABS?

88-91 EX Civic?

92-95 Civic Si w/o ABS?

i need avg. pricing on them new and used also so i know what to look for.

or ...can i run with a stock DX prop valve safely?

TIA
